SEDGWICK COUNTY —The suspect in an AMBER Alert issued in Wichita overnight is in custody.
Gary Allen Lowe identified, as a suicidal non-custodial father, abducted and threatened to murder two children.
Just after 2a.m., Wichita police located the children, 2-year-old Gary Lowe and 1-year-old Imas Lowe and they were safe. Authorities reported no additional details.

SEDGWICK COUNTY —he Wichita Police Department is looking for a White 2007 Ford Edge, Kansas Tag#746NHH that is believed to be driven by the 27-year-old Gary Lowe III.
He is with 2-year-old Gary Lowe, and 1-year-old Imas Lowe, who are believe to be in the vehicle. The suspect Gary Lowe III has active warrants.
