On Tuesday, the third anniversary of the United States Supreme Court’s decision to overturn Roe v. Wade, U.S. Senator Roger Marshall released a video praising their decision to allow states to be free to stand up for their values and the defense of life.
The fight for life is never over, and this week the Senate will vote on the reconciliation bill, which will deliver the largest pro-life wins since the Dobbs decision: a 10-year prohibition on federal Medicaid funding from going toward abortion providers who receive more than $800,000 in taxpayer dollars. The largest target of this prohibition would be Planned Parenthood, which receives $2 million a day in taxpayer funding while performing 400,000 abortions annually.
