Police: Kansas hit-and-run victim still in critical condition

SEDGWICK COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a hit-and-run pedestrian incident and continue looking for a black 2008-2014 Cadillac CTS with damage to the driver’s side.

On November 16, the Wichita police department responded to a vehicle-versus-pedestrian accident in the 700 block of North St. Paul Avenue, according to a social media report from Wichita Police.

First responders found a 42-year-old man in the street with head injuries, who was transported to a local hospital in critical condition. He remains in critical condition. Officers learned that the 42-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were walking northbound on St. Paul Avenue when a vehicle struck the victim and left the scene.

Evidence indicates that the victim was struck by a 2008-2014 black Cadillac CTS. The vehicle will have damage to the driver’s side.
