
BUTLER COUNTY —This past week, investigators from the Rose Hill Police Department and the Butler County Sheriff’s Office joined forces to identify and arrest individuals seeking to purchase sex from children within our community, according to Butler County Undersheriff Daimon Cundiff. The arrests included three men from Kansas and one from Texas.
With assistance from the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, El Dorado Police Department, Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office, and Homeland Security Investigations, this multi-agency operation resulted in the arrest of four suspects on charges related to attempting to engage in sexual activity with individuals they believed to be minors.

Dalton Raymond Spexarth, 23-year-old, Colwich was arrested on requested charges of Aggravated Human Trafficking (Attempted) • Electronic Solicitation of a Child • Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Child • Indecent Solicitation of a Child • Indecent Liberties with a Child (Attempted)

Derek Vandolah, 44, Harper, was arrested on requested charges of Aggravated Human Trafficking (Attempted) • Electronic Solicitation of a Child • Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Child • Indecent Solicitation of a Child • Indecent Liberties with a Child (Attempted) • Possession of Narcotics • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Darcy Mundekeye, 20, Valley Center, was arrested on requested charges of Aggravated Human Trafficking (Attempted) • Electronic Solicitation of a Child • Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Child • Indecent Solicitation of a Child • Indecent Liberties with a Child (Attempted)

Osvaldo Guadalupe Gonzalez-Salazar, 27, Alton, Texas, was arrested on requested charges of Aggravated Human Trafficking (Attempted) • Electronic Solicitation of a Child • Commercial Sexual Exploitation of a Child • Indecent Solicitation of a Child • Indecent Liberties with a Child (Attempted)
All four were scheduled to make an appearance in court Monday.
