Responsibilities
- Oversee billing, collections, and administer procedures according to company policy.
- Understand complex rate structures, billing components, and collection regulations.
- Assist members and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), both on the phone and in person, with billing questions.
Education and Experience Required
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field
- Five years of experience, including two years of utility billing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
