KANSAS CITY —Law enforcement are investigating child sex crimes and asking the public for additional information.
On September 3, the Kansas City Police Juvenile Section conducted an investigation into sexual crimes involving minors, which led to the requested charges of Attempted Child Kidnapping, Sexual Misconduct Involving a Child under 15 and Assault against 75-year-old Wesley McGlothlen, according to Kansas City Police.
McGlothen has lived in the Columbus Park area of Kansas City for a substantial amount of time. The Juvenile Section is seeking public assistance in identifying any additional child victims of McGlothlen. He is in police custody.
