SHAWNEE COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man for alleged attempted murder.

The suspect later identified as 37-year-old Anthony Kincaide had forced his way into the residence and made threats to the occupants.

Police located Kincaide, took him into custody and booked him into the Shawnee County Department of requested charges Attempted First Degree Murder, Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Arson, Battery and Criminal Damage.
