Kansas man, sister-in-law accused of selling drugs

OSAGE COUNTY —The Osage County Sheriff’s Office and the Osage City Police Department have created a joint task force to help eradicate the use and sale of narcotics in our communities, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.

On Tuesday afternoon, the task force conducted a narcotics search warrant at 714 Market Street in Osage City. Two subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail facility.

Tanny L. Kendall, 62, of Osage City is being held on requested charges that include Possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, Possession of marijuana and Possession of drug paraphernalia

Shane A Kendall, 46, of Osage City is being held on requested charges that include Possession of methamphetamine and Possession of drug paraphernalia.  Tanny is married to Shane's brother, according to the Osage County Sheriff's office.
