 </figure>The Salina Police Department is seeking assistance in locating Jack Rex Mildfelt.&nbsp;He was reported missing Thursday and was last seen in Salina on the afternoon of Sept. 3.&nbsp; Family members and a friend are offering a $4,000 reward to whoever finds her brother.Mildfelt, a 52-year-old white male, is&nbsp;6 feet tall, weighs 190 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. He was&nbsp;last seen in his white 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe with Kansas tag 119ECF.<figure>
