Deputies find meth in Kansas man's car during traffic stop

JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations after a traffic stop.

Just after 2:30p.m. Monday, a sheriff's deputy stopped a black 2002 Honda Accord in the 100 Block of Arizona Street in Holton for an alleged traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Deputies seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia allegedly in the driver’s possession.

The driver, Michael Allon Robinson Jr, 27, of Lawrence, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, according to Morse.
