KANSAS CITY —Two Kansas City siblings face charges in connection with the fatal shooting of Keith E. Martin, according to Jackson County Prosecutor Jean Peters Baker.
David L. Randall, 29, and Darren L. Randall, 31, each face Murder 2nd Degree and Armed Criminal Action charges.
According to court records, Kansas City police were dispatched to the 6400 block of Manchester Avenue on April 4, 2023, on a reported shooting. Video surveillance helped detectives identify these defendants in this shooting. This case was filed under seal, which has now been removed.
