JOHNSON COUNTY —Law enforcement investigating a fatal motorcycle crash have identified the victim as 23-year-old Akari E. Kubo of Olathe.
According to Lenexa Police, a motorcycle driven by Kubo was southbound in the 11200 Block of Strang Line Road. The motorcycle traveled off the road and crashed in the center median.
Johnson County Med-Act transported her to an area hospital where she died. Police released no additional details.
