NEOSHO COUNTY —A Kansas man died in an accident just before 1p.m. Monday in Neosho County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2021 Honda Odyssey driven by Hucke, Carol Sue Hucke, 71, Parsons, was eastbound on Kansas 47 at Elk Road.
The minivan turned left in front of a westbound 2011 Freightliner semi driven by Caili Wen. 49, Arcadia, California.
A passenger in the van identified as Charles Edward Greer, 71, Humboldt, was pronounced dead at the scene. EMS transported Hucke to Labette Health and Wen to Neosho Memorial Hospital. Greer was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
