KANSAS CITY—Six juveniles were injured and two hospitalized in Kansas City after an accident just before 9p.m. Sunday in Harrison County, Missouri.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a Yamaha golf cart driven by a 14-year-old Bethany girl was northbound in a field on private property on outer road one quarter mile northeast of Bethany. The driver attempted to travel down a steep hill. The golf cart rolled and landed on its top near a large brush pile.
A private vehicle transported a 9-year-old girl, an 11-year-old girl, a 12-year-old girl and a 14-year-old girl to Harrison County Community Hospital. An air ambulance transported a 13-year-old boy and later transported the 9-year-old to Children's Mercy in Kansas City.
The Patrol released no additional details.
