ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities investigating theft from a store in Atchison have made an arrest.
On Wednesday, police arrested 40-year-old Carl D. Griffin, Jr., 40, St. Joseph, on a District Court warrant for theft in connection to the theft of two chainsaws from the Hardware Store, 609 Commercial, on August 31.
He remains in custody.
