BUTLER COUNTY —The Sedgwick County Regional Forensic Science Center notified the Butler County Sheriff that the remains located on July 28, have been positively identified as 77-year-old Fred Dieter, according to Butler County Undersheriff Daimon Cundiff His family has been notified.
