
SALINE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating an alleged theft of allergy drugs at Sam's Club in Salina.
Just before 5 p.m. July 5, police responded to a theft at Sam’s Club, 2919 Market Place in Salina, according to Salina Police Captain James Feldman.
Employees reported at about 4 PM, a Hispanic man entered the store, picked up a 40-gallon tub and went to the allergy medicine aisle. The man then began putting numerous boxes of Zyrtec, Flonase, Allegra, and Nasacort boxes in the tub.
At about 4:10 PM, he walked out the entrance door. He was observed getting in a white Toyota 4 Runner and leaving the area. The business estimated over $5,000 worth of allergy medications were stolen from the business.
