Kansas woman accused of selling methamphetamine

 JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.

Just before 10:30p.m. July 20, a Sheriff’s Deputy stopped a Chevy Impala for a traffic infraction near 118th and U.S. Highway 75, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

The traffic stop resulted in the search of the vehicle. The driver, Lisa Marie Rodvelt, 42, of Topeka, was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of distribute methamphetamine more than 3.5 grams, possession of amphetamines, possession of a hallucinogenic drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, use of a communication facility; in the commission of felony drug violation, no drug tax stamp.
