Sheriff: Deputies made fentanyl bust at Kansas motel

JACKSON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities  are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.

Just after 4a.m. June 8, a Jackson County Sheriff Deputies responded to an incident at the Red Roof Inn 115 U.S. Highway 75 in Holton, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Later deputies served a search warrant on a room at the motel for illegal drug and or narcotics use. The resident of this room was identified as Jason Logan Gray, 43, of Holton.

Gray was arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail for possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal use of a firearm.
