On Wednesday, Senator Roger Marshall, M.D., was endorsed by Kansas Farm Bureau’s VOTE FBF.
During his first term in the Senate, Senator Marshall has been a champion for agriculture and rural Kansas.
His wins and efforts include: expanding markets for American agricultural products at home and abroad, codifying a stronger 45Z program, pushing for permanent year-round E15, fertilizer price transparency, putting whole milk back in schools, permanent death tax relief, increased reference prices, improved crop insurance, rural internet expansion, increased access to healthcare in rural Kansas, the promotion of Kansas beef consumption and production, and “Product of the USA” beef labeling.
“As a fifth-generation Kansas farm kid, I am proud to be endorsed by the Kansas Farm Bureau. An endorsement from KFB is not just an endorsement from an organization, it’s a vote of confidence from the members — the men and women who work hard every day to feed America — and I do not take that lightly,” said Senator Marshall. “Our farmers and ranchers are some of the best people I know. It is the honor of a lifetime to represent them in the U.S. Senate, and I promise to always fight for them whether in Kansas or in Washington, D.C.”
