 </figure>City of HaysConstruction on the North Vine Street Corridor Project is scheduled 
to begin the week of June 1. &nbsp;Due to social distancing and mass 
gathering regulations, a Preconstruction Informational Meeting will be 
live streamed on YouTube at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The 
broadcast will feature comments from the contractor (Smoky Hill
