Being an Ellis County resident and taxpayer, I believe that making smart decisions with taxpayer dollars and investing wisely is important for the future of our County.  Without a doubt, with hard work and desire to keep Ellis County flourishing, my plan is to always stay below budget without affecting service and looking for new ways for efficiency, speed, accuracy, and transparency in the office.

I currently supervise a division of Public Works for Ellis County for three years and have enjoyed working with all the staff and commissioners.  I have had the opportunity to work with an approximate $1.2 million budget while keeping expenses below budget every year and finding new ways to maximize efficiency in the department. I am open to staff, citizens, and other elected officials who come to me with new ideas that may be implemented to save Ellis County and its taxpayers money.

I work for Ellis County because I love my community and would like to continue working for this great County as your Ellis County Treasurer.  I would appreciate your vote at the primary on Tuesday, Aug. 4.
