Effective Monday, May 11, 2020, ACCESS Public Transportation in Hays will be resuming public transportation services.
We appreciate everyone’s patience while we begin transitioning to full operation.
All riders are requested to wear a face mask when on the bus.
ACCESS will be taking reservation calls on May 7 and 8 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for rides beginning on May 11.
Starting May 11 from 6 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. dispatch lines will be open. Rides may be booked up to two weeks in advance.
ACCESS Transportation will continue to take every precaution to keep everyone safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. For the safety of our staff, if you are sick please do not ride ACCESS.

Operating hours starting May 11, 2020 will be as followed:
Monday - Friday 6 AM to 6 PM
Saturday & Sunday 6 AM to 4 PM
Saturday & Sunday- 6 AM - 4 PM
Safe Ride will remain closed until the State of Kansas reaches Phase 3 of the Governor's Executive Order.
Once the State is in Phase 3, Safe Ride will be operating their summer hours of Friday and Saturday from 10 PM to 3 AM. To schedule a ride on Safe Ride, call 785-621-2580 during these hours.
