Central Plains’ Emily Ryan has been named Miss Kansas Basketball by the Kansas Basketball Coaches Association. The Iowa State signee was a four-time all-state pick and became only the third Kansas player to score over 3,000 points in hear career while never losing a high school game.
Ryan averaged a state-high 29.5 points per game her senior year while helping the Oilers extend their win streak to 136 games, the longest in the country.
Andover Central’s Xavier Bell if Mr. Kansas Basketball. Bell averaged 24.5 points and 7.3 rebounds this past season. The 5A Player of the Year has signed with Division I Drexel.
