 </figure>SHAWNEE COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a hit and run accident that sent a woman to the hospitalJust after 5:30 a.m. Wednesday, deputies responded to a hit and run injury accident in the 5300 block of SW Topeka Boulevard, according to Deputy Abigail Christian.A bicycle ridden by Jennifer J. Devore, 49, of Topeka was northbound&nbsp; when she was struck from behind by a vehicle.The suspect vehicle did not stop and continued northbound on SW Topeka Boulevard.American Medical Response transported Devore to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according Christian.The Sheriff’s Office requests that anyone with information on this hit and run accident please call the non-emergency phone number (785-251-2200).
