A public hearing for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) will be conducted Wednesday during the Ellis County Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

CUP 2047 is requested by Industrial Tower West, LLC, as the agent for landowner Donald Lang, Victoria, for construction of a cellphone tower.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. in the Ellis County Administrative Center, 718 Main, Hays.

In other business, the commission will also hear an update of the comprehensive plan and zoning regulations.&nbsp;
