 </figure>Rooks County Sheriff's OfficeSTOCKTON — On Saturday at approximately 10:44 p.m., a Rooks County 
Sheriff's Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 400 nlock 
of North Spruce in Stockton. During the course of the traffic stop, a
 substantial amount of methamphetamine was located inside the vehicle. 
 Kara Horn, 35, and Brandon Rietcheck, 32,&nbsp; were arrested on suspicion of the following: distribution of 
methamphetamine within 1000 feet of a school; possession
 of methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of drug 
paraphernalia; interference with law enforcement; and no drug tax stamp.
 All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.<figure>
