FORD COUNTY — The suspect wanted for alleged rape and aggravated kidnapping is in custody.

On January 30, the Ford County Sheriff's office issued an attempt to locate for 22-year-old Juan Carlos Gonzales.&nbsp;

Late Thursday, Gonzalez turned himself in to authorities in Grand Island, Nebraska, according to Ford County Sheriff Bill Carr. Gonzalez will be transported back to Ford County once extradition is complete.

Gonzales was believed to be traveling with 18-year-old Dolores Perez. She is still missing.
