SALINE COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 6a.m. Thursday in Saline County.
A 2003 Mazda B400 pickup driven by Camden Spano-Lund, 17, of rural Saline County was eastbound on Country Club Road west of Whitmore Road, according to Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan
The pickup drifted off the north side of the road then went back toward the south side, rolled, and came to rest on its top.
Just after 7:30 a.m., a passerby noticed the pickup on its top and called in authorities.
When deputies arrived, Spano-Lund was gone, as he had been able to exit the pickup and walk to a nearby residence, according to Soldan.
Someone at the residence called the boy's father, who picked him up and took him to Salina Regional Health Center for treatment of a possible head injury and could not remember what had happened in the accident, according to Soldan.
