MARSHALL COUNTY&nbsp; — Authorities are still working to determine the cause of a fatal home explosion and fire in Marshall County and have identified the victim.

First responders found the body of 83-year-old&nbsp; Don McLaughlinn of Vermillion, according to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office.

Just after 7a.m. January 24, fire crews responded house in Vermillion and&nbsp; they found it fully engulfed in flames. Firefighters were able to bring the fire under control about three hours later. A search of the burned-out home then led to discovery of the McLaughlinn's body.

Authorities also have not released details on the cause of death.
