eyeSMILE Vision & Dental Helping Hands Award – Living Independently in Northwest Kansas, Inc. (LINK)
Two years ago, the Chamber began recognizing a nonprofit organization or employee that has demonstrated commitment to caring, generosity of spirit, and openness and inclusion.
Eagle Rising Star Award – Chelsey Ladd, director of Constituent Services for the Office of Senator Jerry Moran
The Chamber honors an individual within the ages of 21-40 who has demonstrated excellence in leadership qualities in business or community and has a history of community service and Chamber participation.
James Motor Company Small Business Achievement Award – S & W Supply
Each year, a small Chamber member business that has demonstrated entrepreneurial success in the Hays area is honored with this award.
Jody Hipp – AFLAC Business Woman of the Year Award – Mary Hammond, director of Development for the Fort Hays State University Foundation
This award celebrates business accomplishments, a history of community service and Chamber of Commerce participation, as well as assisting others in reaching their full leadership potential.
Nex-Tech Citizen of the Year Award – Johnny Matlock, USD 489 JAG-K Career Specialist
Community involvement during the past year and giving of themselves for the betterment of our community and its people over the past year are the cornerstones of this award.
Golden Belt Bank – Hall of Fame Award – Galen Pfeifer, partner at Adams, Brown, Beran, & Ball
This award celebrates long-term community service, demonstrated excellence in business or profession, and a history of civic involvement.
