Two 14-year-olds hospitalized after car rolls in NW Kansas

RAWLINS COUNTY —Two people were  injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Sunday in Rawlins County.

The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Chevy Cavalier driven by Timberly R. Solko, 14, Culbertson, NE., was turning left from County Road X onto County Road 34.

The driver lost control of the vehicle. It traveled  into the east ditch and rolled one time.

EMS transported Solko and a passenger Teather Solko, 14, Culbertson, NE., to the hospital in Atwood. The KHP did not have information on seat belt usage.
