ELLIS COUNTY— One person was injured in an accident just after 10a.m. Friday in Ellis County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2004 Toyota Tundra driven by David R. Moriarty,&nbsp; 58, West Falmouth, MA., was eastbound on Interstate 70 thirteen miles east of Hays.&nbsp; The driver lost control of the vehicle. It struck the guard rail, crossed the median and rolled in the north ditch.EMS transported Moriarty to Hays Medical Center. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
