RENO COUNTY –Law enforcement authorities are investigating numerous Criminal Damage/Graffiti cases between 1st Avenue and 11th Avenue and The Hutchinson Mall area to Poplar Street reported on Sunday and have made an arrest, according to a media release from police.
Just before 2:30 Tuesday, an officer located two people of interest on foot in the area of The Hutchinson Mall. Detectives were contacted and conducted interviews. The interviews resulted in the arrests of Trevan Sands Boykins, 18, on requested charges of Felony Criminal Damage and Contributing to a Childs Misconduct and Celestina M. Thiessen, 16, Buhler on requested charges of Felony Criminal Damage.
A search warrant was executed at 1801 Lyman, Apt. #212 and additional arrest were made including Michael McCloud, 18, on requested charges of Contributing to a Childs Misconduct and 10 counts of Criminal Damage. Avery Mekalsen, 17, for Felony Criminal Damage and 9 counts of Misdemeanor Criminal Damage.
