COWLEY COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a burglary and asking the public for help with information.
Just after 11p.m. Monday, a police officer noticed damage at the Ark Veterinary Associates building, 907 E. Kansas Avenue in Arkansas City, according to a media release.
A building check revealed evidence of a burglary. Initial reports indicate that money and video recording equipment were stolen from the business.
Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the Arkansas City Police Department at (620) 441-4444. Those wishing to remain anonymous may contact Cowley County Crime Stoppers, which offers rewards of up to $2,500 for information leading to an arrest.
