SEDGWICK COUNTY —Authorities investigating a fatal Monday afternoon head-on crash have identified the man who died as Arlen Thacker of Wichita, according to Wichita Police spokesman Andrew Ford.
Thacker was driving a Dodge Durango in the crash with a pickup near the intersection Hydraulic and Industrial Street in Wichita.
The driver of the pickup refused treatment. Police have not released additional details of the crash as they continue their investigation, according to Ford.
