 </figure>COFFEY COUNTY —A Kansas man and his passenger avoided injury during an aircraft incident just before 10:30a.m. Friday in Coffey County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2000&nbsp;Dehavilland helicopter piloted by Tereso T&nbsp;Orozco, 64, Topeka,&nbsp;was flying near the area of the city of Leroy. The private aircraft lost power and made a precautionary landing in the backyard at 1810 C Street in Leroy, Kan., according to&nbsp; Trooper Rick Wingate Orozco and a passenger Kenneth David Norman, 48, Sunnyvale, Texas, were not injured. The KHP released no additional details Friday afternoon and there is no word on whether the NTSB or FAA&nbsp; will investigate.
