
SALINE COUNTY — Over a dozen earthquakes including a 4.3 magnitude quake shook central Kansas Wednesday.
The big jolt was reported at 7:45a.m., according to the U.S. Geological Survey and was centered approximately 3 miles southwest of Gypsum and felt across a wide area.
The the other quakes throughout the day measured under 3 magnitude, according to the Kansas Geological Survey. However, the agency did report a 3.4 magnitude quake southwest of Gypsum just before 2:30p.m.
There are no reports of damage or injury.
