KANSAS CITY, Kan. — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a fatal shooting that took the life of a teenager in Kansas City, Kansas.
The shooting happened just after 2:30 p.m. on Friday in the 3100 block of W. Barker Circle, according to a media release.
Police were dispatched to the scene and and found the boy with gunshot wounds. The KCKPD's Major Case Unit is investigating the case. Police have released no additional details or suspect information.
