
JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations. Just after 10p.m. June 19, a Sheriff’s deputy initiated a traffic stop on a Honda Pilot traveling on U.S. Highway 75 just north of 198th Road for an alleged traffic infraction, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
. During the course of the stop, a probable cause search of the vehicle was conducted.
Darrian James Taylor, 34, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, was arrested at the scene and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC, and transporting an open container.
