JOHNSON COUNTY —A Kansas man is going to prison for the rest of his life.
On Thursday, a judge sentenced 38-year-old Landon Lemons to six life sentences for aggravated indecent liberties with a child and aggravated criminal sodomy of a child under the age of 14, according to the Johnson County District Attorney's office.
Lemons was originally booked on the charges in 2017, according to online jail records and charged in October of 2018.
The crimes occurred between August 1, 2009 and December 1, 2013.
