
JEWELL COUNTY —Another in a series of earthquakes shook north-central Kansas Monday.
Just before 2:30p.m., a quake that measured a magnitude 3.5 struck approximately six miles southeast of Esbon. The Kansas Geological Survey reported the quake measured a magnitude 3.9.
Monday's quake follows magnitude 2.4 quake on July 29 and a magnitude 3 quake August 4. There are no reports of damage or injuries.
