
SALINE COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Salina man on multiple drug allegations.
Just after 7p.m. June 21, during an ongoing investigation the Salina Drug Task Force located a 47-year old Alphonse Baham at a home in the 600 block of Johnstown in Salina, according to Salina Police Captain James Feldman.
The Drug Task Force found over '10 grams of suspected Fentanyl' on Baham and a subsequent search warrant followed at the residence. During the search, it was determined that additional items relating to the distribution of fentanyl and two firearms were located. Police also reported that two children under the age of 18 'resided at the home.'
Baham was then arrested and booked into the Saline County Jail on requested charges of Distribution of Fentanyl less than 100 grams, one count of Felony Paraphernalia, one count Distribution of Fentanyl less than a 1000’ from a school, one count of a Drug Tax Stamp, one count of Aggravated Endangerment of a Child, one count of Felony Obstruction, one count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm and one count of misdemeanor Paraphernalia.
