MIAMI COUNTY, Kansas —Two people died in an accident just after 4a.m. Thursday in Miami County.
According to Paola Police, a vehicle was northbound in the southbound lanes of U.S. 69 at 327th Street. The vehicle and a southbound vehicle collided.
First responders found both drivers deceased. Authorities have not released the names of the drivers. There were no other occupants involved. The accident remains under investigation, according to the police department.
