OSAGE COUNTY–Law enforcement are investigating two suspect on drug allegaions.
Just before 5 pm Sept. 12, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotic search warrant at 12544 South Topeka Avenue, near Carbondale, according to Sheriff Chris Wells.
As a result, two subjects were taken into custody and transported to the Osage County Jail Facility.
Kristina D. Smith, 47, Carbondale, is being held on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Distribution of drug paraphernalia, Distribution of marijuana, Possession of hallucinogenic, No drug tax stamp and Use of a communication facility in commission of a felony.
Troy S. Smith, 46, Carbondale is being held on requested charges of Distribution of methamphetamine, Distribution of drug paraphernalia, Distribution of marijuana, Possession of hallucinogenic, No drug tax stamp, Battery on a law enforcement officer and Felony obstruction.
