WASHINGTON —Missouri U.S. Senator Josh Hawley announced Friday that he plans to introduce legislation that would “send a rebate check to every working person in America.”
Hawley’s comments follows remarks from President Trump, who said Friday that his administration is considering a new round of tax rebates for U.S. taxpayers that would presumably be funded by revenue generated from tariffs.
