JACKSON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating
Just after 9a.m. March 31, a sheriff's deputy conducted a traffic stop on a Ford Escape at 134th Road near S. Road south of Mayetta, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.
The driver, Carlos Acevedo, 28, of Topeka, was subsequently arrested on requested charges of possession of cocaine and driving while suspended. .
