ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for an alleged sex crime.
Just before 7p.m. October 27, police arrested 43-year-old Jesse R. Kroll of Leavenworth in the 400 block South 10th Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Kroll was wanted on a Wyandotte County warrant for rape, multiple counts of aggravated indecent liberties and violation of a protective order. He remains in custody on a $150,000 bond, according to online jail records.
