Sheriff: 3 captured during rural Kansas burglary

 JACKSON COUNTY, Kan. —Law enforcement are investigating a rural Kansas burglary and have three suspects in custody.

Just before 9p.m. October 19, the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary in progress in the 13000 Block of 162nd Road near Mayetta, according to Sheriff Tim Morse.

Jackson County Deputies and the Hoyt Police Department responded to the area.

Three subjects were located and arrested by law enforcement. Tanner Reese Brooke, 19; Dustin James Brooke, 20 and Jon Alan Wilson, 21, all of Topeka were all arrested and booked into the Jackson County Jail on requested charges of burglary.
