MORGAN COUNTY, Missouri—A Kansas woman was injured in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Sunday at Lake of the Ozarks.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2020 Yamaha Viking driven by a 59-year-old Overland Park woman was southbound on Viewside Drive near Memory Lane at Lake of the Ozarks. The driver lost control of the UTV in a turn. The vehicle traveled off the left side of the road, overturned and struck a ditch.
MU Air transported the woman to University Hospital. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
